Cactus joined our family in 2021 after retiring from a long career as a cattle roping horse. At around 30 years old, this American Quarter Horse brings a lifetime of experience, a gentle spirit, and a calm presence to Still Waters Therapeutics.
Known for his quiet, patient nature, Cactus has a special gift for helping people feel at ease. Although he once enjoyed many years as a Western riding horse, he is now happily retired from riding and serves as one of our trusted partners for ground-based equine wellness sessions.
Whether participants are grooming, leading, or simply spending time alongside him, Cactus offers a steady, reassuring presence that encourages confidence, connection, and meaningful interactions. If you want to win him over, don't forget the carrots, his favorite treat!
We can't wait for you to meet him!
Faith has been by Arianne's side for nearly her entire life. When Faith was just nine months old, Arianne won her through an essay contest at only ten years old, a moment that began a lifelong partnership built on trust, dedication, and a shared love of horses.
Now 19 years old, Faith is a gentle American Quarter Horse with a calm, patient temperament that makes her a wonderful therapeutic partner. She has completed specialized training in equine-assisted activities and even accompanied Arianne to Wilson College during her final semester, where they learned together how to provide meaningful equine-assisted experiences.
Faith enjoys both English and Western riding, loves spending time with people, and never turns down an apple treat. Whether she's helping build confidence in the arena or simply enjoying a quiet grooming session, Faith has a special way of making everyone feel welcome.

Tilly was born and raised at Rhody Ranch, a local equine facility located in Newville, PA. Recently, Tilly was offered to Still Waters Therapeutics to be used as a therapeutic ground-based wellness session horse in our program.
Tilly is approximately 14 years old and is a paint horse. She demonstrates exceptional ground manners, is respectful, patient, and enjoys being around people. Tilly especially loves being groomed, pampered, and taken for walks.
In her younger years, Tilly traveled extensively, was shown, and has participated in countless trailrides. Tilly is a great horse to build confidence with on the ground, as she has a calm, gentle personality. We look forward to welcoming Tilly to our equine team.
